Once we send you a tracking number, it can take some time before the shipping carrier starts updating it with information. That being said, please be patient. Yes, please contact us within 1 business day after placing your order so that we can issue the refund. If you order has already been processed; meaning we have a tracking number for it already, you will have to wait to receive the product and ship it back to us in the same condition you received it. Once we receive it and inspect it, we’ll issue the refund.

Each of our products are located in our different warehouses or in our partner warehouses and due to high demand with some products, it can take longer to process after your order is placed. Because of this, we ship out each product as soon as it is complete rather than waiting for the other product(s) in the order to be ready. This saves a lot of space in our warehouse by not having packages everywhere waiting to be shipped and ensures the quickest delivery times possible for each product.
